TUST Sparkling at 15th NCUIE

The 15th National Conference on Undergraduates’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NCUIE) launched by Ministry of Education (MOE) of China, hosted by Experts Team of National Undergraduates’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan (NUIEP) and China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) was held on the South Lake Campus of CUMT from May 13 to May 14. More than 1300 delegates from MOE, local governments, NUIEP experts, the industry representatives and 296 universities presented the conference.

Chen Lin, an undergraduate from College of Biotechnology, TUST, together with the project supervisor Associate Professor Zhao Qing, won the titles of the most innovative project and the most popular project with their project Design, Characterization and Application of AFP Detection Materials based on Affibody Specific Affinity Peptides. Li Shuo, an undergraduate from College of Artistic Design, with the supervising Professor Liu Yu, presented the project of Anxiety Free Duck Toy to the conference and the project was made a recommended project for the conference.
