Employment Meeting on 2017 Graduates Opens

  On 2nd June, the employment meeting on 2017 graduates was convened on Hexi Campus, aiming at helping TUST graduates to be better employed. Vice Party Secretary Xia jingbo presided over the meeting, with President Han Jinyu in attendance and delivering a speech.

  President Han Jinyu analyzed the status quo and issues of TUST graduates’ employment, raised an comprehensive requirements on the work of graduates’ employment. Han Jinyu pointed out that impressive achievements had been made in graduates’ employments in recent years, however deficiencies, including indistinct characteristics, insufficiency of high-quality jobs, and incomplete mechanisms of recruitment-cultivation-employment, still existed in the work.

  Han Jinyu proposed three points to address the issues: First, be more targeted and proactive with the employment of TUST graduates. Second, think seriously of employment work and conduct responsibility system in each division. Third, go all out to the employment of 2017 cohort graduates.
